FORMULA OF THE EVENT :U10, U11, U12, U13 , U15


84  maximum fencers per category

2 to 4 rounds of pools, elimination at each round of 10 to 30% then direct elimination tables, second chance beginning T16 to quarter finals

U10-U11  Bouts 3 hits in 2 minutes, DE  6 hits in 2x2 minutes (30 seconds pause)

U12-U13  Bouts 4 points in 3 minutes  DE  8 points in 2x2 minutes (60 seconds pause)

U15  Bouts 5  hits in 3 minutes  DE  15 hits in 3x3 minutes (60 seconds pause)

EQUIPMENT :


For U10-U11 categories, non electric mask, 350 Nw EC regulation dress, 350 Nw plastron , foil blade 0, 2 allowed.


For U12-U13 Categories, non electric mask, 350 Nw EC regulation dress, 800 Nw plastron, foil blade 0,2,5 allowed.


For U15 category : electric mask,  350Nw EC regulation dress, 800 Nw plastron, foil blade 0,2,5 allowed..



PRIZES FOR THE FIRST 8 :


Diplomas, trophies and medals as well as equipment (managing blades) and other prizes (electric scooter, overboard, air pods…)

REFEREES :

The diploma level of the referees must be National or International.


-   Every club or delegation may subscribe on line or by check a referee flat fee of 300 € exempting them from submitting a referee (this to help clubs with no referee or if the cost of the referee is too high)

after june 15th the clubs or delegations will not be able to submit referees and will have to subscribe to flat fees of 300€


-    If no referee registration or subscription to the flat fee has been made by a club before the day before the event, a penalty of 600€ per missing referee must be paid at the time of registration on Friday.


-     The submitted referees are potentially committed for the whole event. According to need, the referees will have to officiate on the second day or only on saturday.


-    For all clubs having more than 3 registrations  in all of the events 1 referee will be requested,

         for 8 to 14 registration , 2 referees will be requested,

        for 15 to 24 paticipants, 3 referees will be requested,

       for 25 and more  paticipants, 4 referees will be requested.


For foreign clubs registering less than 4 registrations, they will be gathered by country and referees or flat fees will be requested

      1 referee or flat fee will be requested for 5 to 9 participation

    2 referees or flat fees will be requested for 10 to 14 participation

    3 referees or flat fees will be requested for 15 to 24 participation

    4 referees or flat fees will be requested for 25 to 39 participation

       for more than 40 participation, 5 referees or flat fees will be requested




ACCREDITATION central pist, podium :

Accreditation requests only for coaches must be done before june 20th, 2025  directly on the web site, menu accreditation or by email : accreditation@escrime-cep.com


Accreditation is free for coaches for all requests made before june 20th.  After this date, for any request for a new coach accreditation, for additionnel requests or accreditations for people who are not official certified coaches, the accreditation will be charged 139€.


1 accreditation for 1 to 4 present fencers ;

2 accreditations for 5 to 9 present fencers ;

3 accreditations for 10 to 13 present fencers ;

4 accreditations for 14 to 17 present fencers ;

5 accreditations for 18 to 20 present fencers ;

8 accreditations for 21 to 29 present fencers;

10 accreditations for 30 and more present fencers.


The accreditations shall be retrieved on Friday june 27th, 2025 on site from 5:00pm.

PASS CONFORT :

To allow you to live this event in the best conditions, if you wish you can take a comfort pass. It gives its owner access to a lounge during the whole competition which will give you some extra comfort.


A lounge with refreshments, a secure and monitored locker room, free accreditation, and registration and equipment check on Friday at 3 p.m

Venue


The Halle Georges-Carpentier is a multipurpose hall with 4,800 seats, located in the 13th arrondissement of Paris, at 81, boulevard Masséna.


It is part of an important sports centre that includes a gymnasium, football, rugby and athletics fields.


Built in 1960, renovated in 19881 and inaugurated on December 17, 1982, it takes its name in tribute to boxer Georges Carpentier (1894-1975).


Since the 2010-2011 season, the Halle George Carpentier has hosted the Paris CEP events and competitions  for fencing
